if she signed the release…technically the company that bought the stock photo has rights to it. because they paid for it. and she signed a release. the photograph could’ve been used for something else originally, but another company could’ve bought it and used it for something else as well. whoever owns the right to use the photograph has the right to promote whatever they want...
